The standard time for delivery can be from 1 to 2 weeks.

When a video is unavailable the customer will be notify for
another choice or a refund will be issue.

We try to keep all the videos on stock but some times we
will run out and we ask you for your understanding until the
new order arrives.

All the orders must be prepaid before the videos are shipped, our main payment service is pay-pal for domestic and international orders.

All orders are final, only defective dvds will be exchange for the same title, so please order according to avoid any misunderstanding.

Payment by check or money order must be made in a time manner, (7 days) and in US funds, otherwise Trains on dvd has the right to cancel any order after that time has passed.

Sorry no COD orders are accepted.

US domestic charge is $ 5.25 first dvd video then $1.00  for  each video after (same shipment) priority mail

US domestic charge is $3.00 first dvd then $1.00 for each video after ship thru media mail service

US domestic VHS video charges are $5.50 first video, $7.50 for two videos

Canada and México charge is $10.00 first dvd, 2 dvds $12.00 then $1.50 for each video after (same shipment).

Canada and México VHS video charges are $10.00 first video, $13.00 for two videos due to weight of video.

International customers charge is $13.00 first dvd video then $1.50 each video after priority mail service (same shipment).

International customers charge is $8.00 first video, then $1.50 each video after on first class service (same shipment).

International VHS video charges are $13.00 first video, $16.00 for two videos due to weight of video.
